We ship using these major carriers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. In certain areas, we may also ship using rosnick.shop employees or other carriers: OnTrac, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), Deliv, Shipt, and Roadie.

Shipping costs are calculated on a "per order", "per item" or "per pound" basis and depend on the shipping method you choose. We sometimes offer free shipping on certain shipping methods for certain categories, or free shipping sitewide.

Product Ownership

Products purchased through magiclets.shop are subject to destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products pass to you when the carrier delivers the products to your shipping address, and magiclets is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Delivery time

You can view the estimated arrival date for each product on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can select an estimated arrival date from the options provided. 

 

Entering your shipping destination zip code or allowing magiclets.shop to use your current location can improve the accuracy of your estimated arrival date. Some products may require an additional few days for processing before they are shipped. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for any reason you do not receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product by notifying us within the Returns and Exchanges Period.

 

PO Boxes: Please note that some products cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses or may be delayed when shipped to PO Box addresses due to size, weight or supplier restrictions. If you specify a PO Box as the shipping address for one of your items, you will see a shipping alert in your shopping cart that will provide additional options.

We provide free confidential shipping for all our products, we use UPS, EMS and DHL to deliver your order in a very tight sealed way.

 

Delivery time

 

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your payment. Generally, it may take several business days to arrive, depending on the different shipping methods you choose. Please note that some orders go through our anti-fraud department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by 1 business day. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
